The BFH-HAFL bachelor’s degree programme combines classical food technology with business management and consumer science, and is unique in Switzerland. It enables you to develop a comprehensive overview of the food industry. In addition to the theoretical foundation for your future professional activity, you will acquire knowledge and skills through directly relevant practice.
